My name is Kevin McCarthy, your interviews on Fox have been informative and appreciated. I have shared the info with other retired and active members FDNY. Many of us with RADS , asthma ,sarcoidosis and prone to numerous serious pneumonias for years are very worried. FDNY and WTC health supply us with many medications we take regular and proactively, to avoid serious illness and hospitalization. Besides daily symbicourt , montelukast, I have other inhalers ,nebulizer , antibiotic and prednisone ready to go. This regimen and excellent monitoring by FDNY Dr, ,works pretty well. Many of us also have other conditions on top of the lungs. Connecting the dots, thinking we might be in real trouble with a Covid 19 infection, in your opinion ,should guys like us try to be treated with hydroxychloriquine asap first sign of symptoms. I know there's many factors to be considered, but in general, info from you, leads me to believe this drug could be beneficial to us , if we could be treated early with it. I assume it could be difficult to get, so many are critical and suffering. Personally , I should be good, doing my best, distancing and isolation, more worried about family members on the front lines like yourself, my wife RN , 3 FDNY sons, one son NYPD. Any advice would be much appreciated. And Thanks Again. Kevin McCarthy FDNY Lt. ret.
